III. Events
Tournaments
The Antwerp Powerchair Hockey Cup (APC) is a sports competition for powerchair hockey players. Teams must follow APHC rules. APHC may update rules at any time.
Eligibility: All powerchair hockey players. Minimum two players per team.
Registration: Register on our website. Fee: €100 per team, payable in advance.
Format: Group stage and three rounds of cross-finals. Matches follow IPCH rules.
Equipment: Teams bring their own powerchairs and sticks. APHC provides game balls.
Code of Conduct: Sportsmanlike behavior is required. Violations may lead to disqualification.
Liability: APHC is not liable for injuries. Insurance covers players.
Photography: APHC may use photos/videos for promotion.
Non-refundable Policy: Fees are non-refundable unless a replacement team is found.
Camps
Registration is via a form. Players are selected based on skill, game insight, and English proficiency. Selected players receive instructions for invoice and payment.
Cancellation:
- Within 14 days of invoice: free
10 weeks before camp: free
30 days before: 25% of fee
8 days before: 50% of fee
- <8 days before: 100% of fee
Image Permission: Photos and videos may be taken and used to promote APHC events.

IV. Additional Provisions
1. Data Protection
Records of transactions and personal data are protected according to our Privacy Policy.
2. Force Majeure
If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling an order, we may suspend or cancel it. Services already provided will be invoiced.
3. Independence of Provisions
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in force. APHC may replace invalid provisions with valid ones of similar effect.
4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of the Antwerp judicial district.
