At Antwerp Powerchair Hockey Collective VZW (APHC), we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy explains what happens if you need to cancel your participation in an APHC event.

The applicable refund depends on the type of event and the date on which we receive your cancellation request.

2V2 CUP

The APHC 2V2 Cup is a team-based tournament. Because places are limited and costs are committed in advance, registration fees are non-refundable once paid, unless a replacement team is found.

Cancellation by a team

Refund available: only if APHC is able to find and confirm a replacement team for your place.

No replacement team: the registration fee remains non-refundable.

Any refund will be processed after the replacement team has been confirmed. If you need to cancel your participation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aphcollective.be.

APHC CAMP

The APHC Camp has limited places and involves accommodation, meals, facilities, coaching, and other costs that need to be arranged in advance. For this reason, the amount refunded depends on how far in advance you cancel.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

The refund percentage applies to the camp fee paid by the participant.

How to cancel

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

info@aphcollective.be

Please include:

• Your full name

• The event you registered for

• Your invoice or registration reference

• The reason for cancellation (optional)

The cancellation date is the date on which APHC receives your written cancellation request.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you are unable to participate due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. APHC may consider individual cases at its discretion, depending on the circumstances and costs already incurred.

Examples may include serious unforeseen circumstances that make participation impossible.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Event Cancellation or Changes by APHC

If APHC needs to cancel an event, we will communicate the available options to registered participants as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• transferring your registration to a rescheduled event;

• receiving a full or partial refund; or

• another solution communicated by APHC.
  
  

The applicable solution may depend on costs already committed and circumstances outside APHC’s control.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Any transaction or payment-processing costs that cannot be recovered by APHC may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
