1. Scope of Use

These General Terms of Use (“GTC”) apply to anyone visiting or using our website. By using it, you agree to the rights and obligations outlined here. 
Written exceptions may apply if agreed in writing. Changes to the GTC do not affect the remaining sections. 
We may modify the GTC at any time without notice. The version in effect during your visit applies. 

2. Website Use

Accessibility and Navigation: We strive to keep our website secure, functional, and accessible. However, we cannot guarantee full functionality at all times. Use the website at your own risk. APHC is not liable for damages from malfunctions, interruptions, or harmful elements. 

Content: We aim to provide accurate and updated information. APHC may modify or remove content without liability. Information may not always be complete or current. Any downloads are at your own risk. Notify us at info@aphcollective.be if content violates the law, third-party rights, or morality.

Our website may contain links to external websites. We have no control over these sites and are not liable for their content or any damages resulting from using them.

6. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the courts of the Antwerp judicial district (Antwerp – Turnhout – Mechelen). 

7. Other Provisions

APHC can modify, limit, or suspend the website without liability. Violating the GTC may result in denied access or other measures. Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the GTC.

III. Events 

2V2 CUP

The Antwerp Powerchair Hockey Cup (APHC) is a powerchair hockey tournament for powerchair hockey players from all over the world. Teams must follow APHC rules. APHC may update rules at any time. 

Eligibility: All powerchair hockey players. Minimum two players per team. 
Registration: Register through a form we provide and sendout on time. This form is also on the website. Fee: €100 per team, payable in advance. 
Format: Group stage and three rounds of cross-finals. Matches follow IPCH rules. 
Equipment: Teams bring their own powerchairs and sticks. APHC provides game balls. 
Code of Conduct: Sportsmanlike behavior is required. Violations may lead to disqualification. 
Liability: APHC is not liable for injuries. Insurance covers players. 
Photography and videography: APHC may use photos/videos for promotion. 
Non-refundable Policy: Fees are non-refundable unless a replacement team is found. 

Camp

The Antwerp Powerchair Hockey Camp (APHC) is a powerchair hockey camp for powerchair hockey players, referees and coaches from all over the world. Everyone who participates must follow APHC rules. APHC may update rules at any time. 

Eligibility: All powerchair hockey players, referees and coaches. Maximum of 24 players, 6 referees with 1 head referee, 4 head coaches and 4 coaches from development countries 
Registration: Register through a form we provide and sendout on time. This form is also on the website.
Selection: Players are selected based on skill, game insight, and English proficiency. Referees are invited by the head coach and hockey director form APHC. Coaches are invited by the hockey director from APHC. Coaches from development countries can sign up and will be picked based on motivation and English proficiency.
Price: €500,- for a week of camp per player, €250,- for a week per caregiver, referees’ accomodation and meals are payed by APHC, head coaches accomodation, meals and transport are payed by APHC, coaches from development countries’ accomodation, meals and transport are payed by … . The invoices have to be payed  in advance, with an option to split the total costs in seperate blocks. 
Format: Trainings and a Summer League. Matches follow IPCH rules. 
Equipment: Players bring their own powerchairs and sticks. APHC provides game balls and training vests. 
Code of Conduct: Sportsmanlike behavior is required. Violations may lead to disqualification. 
Liability: APHC is not liable for injuries. Insurance covers players. 
Photography and videography: APHC may use photos/videos for promotion. 
Refund Policy: We have a refund policy for camp.

Cancellation: 

Within 14 days of invoice: free 

10 weeks before camp: free 

30 days before: 25% of fee 

8 days before: 50% of fee 

<8 days before: 100% of fee 

Additional Provisions

1. Data Protection

Records of transactions and personal data are protected according to our Privacy Policy. 

2. Force Majeure

If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling an order, we may suspend or cancel it. Services already provided will be invoiced. 

3. Independence of Provisions

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in force. APHC may replace invalid provisions with valid ones of similar effect. 

4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of the Antwerp judicial district.
