Maxime Decrock

Meet Maxime, one of our founders and the person who somehow knows everyone. He’s our event director, player connector, and the guy who will keep messaging players, refs, volunteers and basically anyone we need for an event. Almost like stalking, but in a cute and effective way.

With a background in sport management and experience at elite international level powerchair hockey, Maxime combines player insight with strong organization skills.

He plays for Antwerp Wheelblazers, De Pont Rotterdam and the Belgian National Powerchair Hockey Team.

DIJANA Lešić

Meet Dijana, the creative mind behind our communication, event atmosphere and community vibe. She’s the person turning chaos into connection: from checking in with players and volunteers to making sure everyone feels included, informed and hyped before an event even starts.

After closing her design and social media marketing studio end of 2025 to focus more on passion-driven projects, Dijana now puts her energy into APHC, combining storytelling, strategy and emotional intelligence to build meaningful experiences on and off the field.

She plays for De Pont Rotterdam, Antwerp Wheelblazers and the Belgian National Powerchair Hockey Team.

DRAGO Lešić

Meet Drago, the man behind the partnerships, deals and support systems that keep APHC running. He takes care of our sponsors, partners and everyone backing our organization, making sure we can continue building bigger and better events.

When something needs to be negotiated, fixed or financially figured out, Drago is already three steps ahead. Less Balkan chaos than his sister Dijana, more calculated energy and slightly concerning at times, but very effective.
