White wine – “BALLO ANGELICO” – Tenuta l’Impostino

Discover the enchanting “Ballo Angelico” from Tenuta l’Impostino, a stunning white wine that captures the essence of Tuscany. This organic gem from 2022, originating from the Toscano Vermentino IGP appellation, embodies the purity of its grapes cultivated in the Le Macchie vineyard in Civitella Paganico, Grosseto, Maremma Toscana.

With a bright straw-yellow color and refreshing green hues, Ballo Angelico envelops you in its intense aromas of yellow peach, melon, and a hint of peppermint. The taste is vibrant and dry, with exquisite minerality and a lingering, harmonious finish.

This elegant wine is perfect for a relaxed aperitif with traditional bruschetta, or alongside light snacks. It pairs well with vegetable pasta dishes and classic Tuscan tomato-based “papa” sauce.

Ballo Angelico enhances fish dishes like white fish carpaccio, raw shellfish, and fresh young cheeses.

This Vermentino, hailing from Italy‘s abundant vineyards and crafted in the year 2022, is a testament to Italian winemaking tradition.

With a crisp and refreshing taste, it proudly holds the appellation of Toscano Vermentino IGP organico. At 13%vol, it delivers a harmonious blend of flavors. Best enjoyed chilled at 10-12°C, it offers a delightful drinking experience, reaching its peak from now until 2025. With an annual production of 6,000 bottles, each sip encapsulates the essence of Italian viticulture.
