Description
This versatile olive oil is perfect for both cold and warm culinary applications. Use it to make pestos, tapenades, hummus, mayonnaises and vinaigrettes.
Or drizzle it over fresh seasonal salads, pasta dishes, fish, papillote or oven-baked casseroles.
It adds a delightful touch as a finishing touch on grilled meats or fish. However, it’s equally enjoyable when savored simply with bread and herbs.
Harvested in 2023 from the picturesque olive groves of Casa Michela in Montegiovi, nestled in the heart of Maremma Tuscany, Italy. This Extra Virgin Olive Oil embodies the essence of the region.
Carefully harvested and processed at Poderi Borselli di Borselli Davide, it is then bottled and distributed by Cent’Anni in Brasschaat, Belgium.
This exquisite blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Muraiolo, Olivastra Seggianese, Correggiolo, and Giogliaio olives offers a taste of Tuscany in every drop. Stored in optimal conditions, this 500ml bottle represents a limited production of 549 bottles from the harvest year 2023, boasting a low acidity level of 0.15 – 0.18% and ensuring quality until December 2025.
