Originating from Italy, the Sangiovese rosé of 2022 vintage stands as a testament to Italian winemaking excellence. Bearing the esteemed appellation of Toscano Rosato IGT, this wine boasts an alcohol content of 13%vol.
Best served chilled at 8-10°C, it offers a delightful drinking experience. With a recommended consumption window extending from now until 2025, this rosé embodies the essence of Italian terroir and craftsmanship.

Vinification and aging:
Ganzo is obtained from an early harvest of Sangiovese grapes, where they are macerated on the skins for 18 to 24 hours. After initial sedimentation, fermentation begins in white, for about 15 days in stainless steel tanks at 16 to 18°C. After a brief period in stainless steel tanks, Ganzo rosato is bottled and stored at a controlled temperature at Podere Montale.
