Description
Impostino, both versatile and elegant, harmonizes flawlessly with cold cuts, spicy cheeses, and hearty meat dishes like roasted meats, rabbit “cacciatora”, chicken “in scottiglia” and lamb chops.
Crafted from a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah, and Petit Verdot grapes, the 2017 Montecucco Rosso Riserva DOC by Tenuta l’Impostino embodies the essence of Italian winemaking.
Hailing from Civitella Paganico, Grosseto, in Maremma Tuscany, this wine boasts a rich aroma and flavor profile. With an alcohol content of 14.5% vol., it’s best served between 16-18°C, offering a delightful experience from the moment it’s uncorked until 2027.
Garnering accolades from Gambero Rosso, Veronelli, Bibenda, AIS Vitae, Vinum, Falstaff, and Wine Spectator, it’s a testament to its exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
