Produced by Casa Michela and carefully harvested, pressed, and bottled by Poderi Borselli di Borselli Davide, each 500ml bottle represents the purest expression of Olivastra Seggianese olives. With a limited production of 778 bottles, characterized by an acidity of 0.15 – 0.18%, this olive oil is best enjoyed before December 2025.
