Description
Ciarlone is a fresh and smooth wine, pairing well with cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses. It naturally accompanies meat dishes, perfect for roasted meats, rabbit “cacciatora”, chicken “in scottiglia” and lamb chops.
It’s a must-have for mixed grills and sausages, where its fruitiness and natural smoothness perfectly complement the aromatic and smoky properties.
Enjoy the optimal flavors of this Italian red wine by serving it at a temperature between 16-18°C. Produced by Tenuta l’Impostino. It’s a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, Alicante, and Petit Verdot grapes, crafted under the Montecucco DOC/DOCG appellation.
With a volume of 75cl and an alcohol content of 13.5% vol., each year sees 40,000 bottles produced, all certified organic.
